I recently stayed at a hotel in the Queen of Hills and had a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a good view, especially the ones with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, although I did notice a slightly unpleasant smell from the blanket. The hotel also had basic amenities such as hot water and towels, which were provided daily. I really enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel, it was delicious and had a good variety of options.
My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

My romantic escape at this hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, being close to all of the key attractions in the area. the room was spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few negative aspects we experienced. The food in the restaurant was below average and not worth the price.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the beautiful mountain and tea garden views from our spacious and clean rooms. the food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the warm bonfire set up by a college group on both nights.
The approach road to the hotel was tricky and could be difficult for families with small children. the room service was unimpressive and often needed reminders.
